    For the second straight year, Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network is recognized among the 100 Best Companies to Work For in the nation by FORTUNE magazine.

    To choose the 100 Best Companies to Work For, FORTUNE conducts the most extensive employee survey in corporate America. Two-thirds of our score is based on what 400 colleagues said about our hospital.

    FORTUNE mentioned three specific things that set us apart from other hospitals:

    1. Free health insurance - We offer it for full-time employees, and part-time employees who qualify can purchase coverage. This kind of comprehensive health coverage is rare nationwide, and we are among just 21 companies on the FORTUNE list that provide it.
